Lately

And when I say lately, I mean lately for the last two months.
Get ready for lots of random pictures :)
The Superbowl was so boring this year, Asher pulled out his next day's math to get started.

Getting ready for girl's weekend.  A suitcase full of comfy clothes and a flannel blanket is all you need.

This is the way our playroom looks like after a home school day.  Because they play in there.  And I guess people say I'll miss the mess one day.

Kinda like the old Muppet Show… am I dating myself here?

I love him so very much that I gave him my free drink at the Starbucks.

A snowy morning in Texas!

Deep talks over lunch.  And yes, they are eating chicken strips and doritos.  Don't judge.  I was cleaning out the freezer and the pantry.

I've been framing some pictures… and we even hung some of them.  Then a couple of days later, one of the boys knocked three…. THREE of them off the wall and broke them.  One step forward, two steps back.

Sonatina Festival.  They were nervous but played great!

Cutie.

I love Trader Joe's cards.  99 cents of happiness.

Nathan is the ultimate golf ball collector.

I was a pretty cute (and chubby) kid, right?

I let Jopie share my coffee cake with me.  I'm such a nice mother.

We took some pics for a Valentine's Day.  It's hard to dress everyone without matching AND without clashing.

We have been enjoying the sunshine.

The blondes in the family.

Graham fell on his scooter and I googled, how to get your lip out of your braces.
Thanks to advice from Dr. Kelley, we got it loose.

From my Valentine

Some Valentine's fun.

Fun during baseball.

A panel with John Piper.  I'm sitting on the edge of my seat.

Asher spent his own money to make shirts for family football games.

Target practice

Deciding on gold dots or no gold dots.

Junior Federation!

Fun with Grandma at Trinity River.

All of us.  A rare picture.

My biking buddy.

Kids and boxes.  Boxes and kids.

Jopie is mad at the Andersons, and it takes a lot to make Jopie mad ;)

I love this boy and how he loves his days of the week socks.

Oldest and youngest.

Love this post. I had to laugh about the frames-hoping you know that happens here all the time. Lamps and frames on the wall-don't ever last too long here especially in the winter when the boys are inside and balls sometimes fly. (I hang my frames with picture hangers but also found that if I use some of that velcro hanging stuff it helps create an extra 'catch'. Sometimes I wonder why I even try? :)
